Place Value - Years 4 -7.

Hi Educators,  

Thanks for purchasing the Place Value Pack. I suggest you print and laminate these activities so that they can be used over and over again. These activities will create excitement and interactivity in your classroom. 

 In this pack you will find 4 different place value activities. There are a variety of numbers so you can differentiate for your student’s abilities. I like to use these activities in math rotations, but you can use them in a variety of settings.

Activity 1. Use the greater than/less than symbols to teach the size of a number.

Activity 2. Order the numbers in ascending (or even descending).

Activity 3. Use the place value cards to make the suggested numbers. (Use the same number cards from the activity 4 pack).

Activity 4. Use the cards and jumble their order. Encourage student’s to identify what is wrong with the number’s place value.
