Number Fluency. Years 2 - 5

Hi Educators,

Thanks for purchasing the Number Fluency Activity. This hands-on activity will be an excellent addition to your math rotations or for independent work. Print and laminate the boards to keep for future sessions.

Students will need to have an understanding of doubles, factors and rounding prior to doing the activity.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Create spinners (add either a spinner to the middle or improvise with a paper clip).
• Students select one of the numbers from a bag or box.
• Students spin their spinner, using their number they complete the task and answer on the student sheet. For example, if they pull out the number 12 and spin ‘double’ they simply write the answer on their sheet (24).
